Abstract

결론
저자는 발거된 전치 및 소구치 72개의 치관부에 5급와동을 형성하고 대조군에는
Hi-Aristaloy 그리고 실험군에는 Clearfil FⅡ와 Microrest AP, Prismafil을 충전하고 방사성
동위원소인 ⁴⁵Ca를 이용한 자기방사법으로 1, 7, 및 30일후 각각의 와동변연
부에서 변연누출 정도를 측정하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다.
1. 대조군인 Hi-Aristaloy군에서 변연누출 정도는 시간이 경과함에 따라 감소하였다.
2. 모든 실험군에서 시간이 경과함에 따라 변연누출 정도는 증가하였다.
3. 화학중합형군간의 비교에서 Microrest AP군은 Clearfil FⅡ군보다 변연누출 정도가 많
았다.
4. 대조군에 대한 각 실험간의 변연누출도는 1일에서는 모두 통계학적으로 유의성이 있었
으나 7일과 30일에서는 Microrest AP군만이 유의성이 있었다.(P<0.05)

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the marginal leakage of class V composite
resin restoration by autoradiographic method.
The cavities were filled with Hi-Aristaloy and three composite resin, the composite
resin system used on this study were Clearfil FⅡ, which was chemically cured with
conventional filler, Microrest AP, which was chemically cured with microfiller and
Prismafil, which was light-cured type resin, All procedure were directed by
manufacturers recommendations, All specimen were thermocycled by alternatly
immersing them in water at 47℃ and 60℃ for 100 cycles after 1 day, 7 days and 30
days and then they were immersed in 4mmCi / ml ⁴⁵Ca solution for 2
hours, and sectioned buccolingually through the restoration with diamond disk. The
sectioned surface of the tooth was placed on an ultraspeed periapical dental x-ray film
for 17 hours to produce the autoradiograph.
The following results were obtained.
1. Marginal leakages of Hi-Aristaloy group were decreased with time.
2. Marginal leakages of all experimental groups were increased with time.
3. In comparing between chemically cured resin, marginal leakage of Microrest AP,
which was microfiller type show more than Clearfil FⅡ, which was conventional filler
type resin.
4. Marginal leakage of each experimental group compared with control group show
significant differences in all 1 day group and Microrest AP group in 7 & 30 days group.
